Our Growth
In order to further expand our organization due to growth and to further strengthen our legal team, we are looking for you as a full-time Legal Counsel (m/f/d). We would like to fill the position in Munich, remote work is also conceivable. In any case, it is important that you will be in Munich regularly to enable close cooperation with our COO & current Head of Legal. The position offers a lot of creative freedom and personal development opportunities.
Your responsibilities

That´s how we work!
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with (potential) clients, insurers and service providers
- Contact point for all internal legal issues, e.g. in the area of HR services, pension equalization, M&A
- Drafting pleadings for courts and lawyers
- Accompanying externally assigned legal disputes
- Carrying out in-house training courses
- Assuming responsibility for the administration of the EPF Euro-BetriebsPensionsFonds e.V.
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with at least three years of professional experience in contract law
- Ideally experience with data protection, employment law, company pension schemes
- Very good English (at least C1)
- Personality characterized by initiative and drive
- Enjoy recurring tasks and challenging issues in equal measure
