Account Manager bAV and Employee Benefits (m/w/d) – Fulltime/Part Time (at least 30h/Week)

We work with products in the area of pension provision on a daily basis and are stably embedded in the family-owned Südvers Group. In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as Account Manager bAV and Employee Benefits (m/f/d) in Munich or Frankfurt. You will advise and support our international business customers on compensation and benefit components on the German market.


  • After-sales consulting and operational support for our customers on the topics of bAV and other employee benefits
  • Direct consulting and support of our customers’ employees in Germany
  • Maintenance of our portfolio management system as well as creation and verification of reports, benefit statements, certificates and notifications (e.g. PSV notifications)
  • Invoicing our customer companies
  • Collaboration on internal projects such as business development and benchmarking, depending on ability and inclination


  • Commercial training, business or scientific studies
  • Previous knowledge in the areas of insurance and pension provision and ideally corresponding practical experience
  • A high affinity for international business
  • German and English spoken and written, at least one of the two languages very good
  • Very accurate and reliable way of working
  • Analytical strength and affinity for numbers
  • Customer orientation and commitment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
