Our Growth
In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as a specialist consultant for occupational pension schemes (m/f/d), with a focus on deferred compensation in Munich, Frankfurt or possibly at another location. You will be responsible for supporting our (mainly English-speaking) clients in this specific form of occupational pension provision. In doing so, you will work in a consulting-oriented manner and across insurers.

That´s how we work!
- Initial information for our international clients without their own HR department in Germany on the topic of deferred compensation / legal entitlement to deferred compensation for employees in Germany.
- Advising employees of our client companies on new deferred compensation contracts (according to §3 No. 63 EStG or §40b EStG) or their continuation or transfer. The advice is regularly given in English
- Setting up and ongoing contract administration in cooperation with the insurers and the HR and payroll managers on the client side as well as networking of the different departments, if applicable across companies
- Further development of procedures and documents, e.g. forms for insurers, checklists for the departments involved on the client side, information material for employees.
- In the future, preparation and implementation of customer presentations and information events for the employees of our customers on the topic of salary conversion options.
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- Practical experience in occupational pension schemes with a focus on deferred compensation (3 years or more)
- Fluent German and (good) English (with the willingness to expand English skills)
- Proficient in administrative software products and MS Office
- Service-oriented and friendly personality
- Very accurate way of working
