Our Growth
o take our internal organisation to the next level, we are looking for you as HR Manager Operations (m/f/d) in Munich on a full-time or part-time basis.
In this role, you are the controller and critical eye of our current HR Ops processes across the entire employee life cycle (on-boarding, retention, development and off-boarding). You like to work hands-on, you question existing processes and you are an innovative pioneer for our new HR best practice. We are looking forward to your operational support and your creative impulses. You will work with our Head of HR Iris, our HR Services Manager Bettina and our Recruiting Manager Julia.

- Establishment, efficient further development and execution of HR core processes
- Supervision and support of employees and managers with regard to performance & development and culture issues
- Participation in the discourse on organisational strategies and their implementation
- Successfully shaping change and accompanying change processes
- Support in the area of HR Services
- Support in the content design of client offers
- Advising international clients on legal and company social benefits in Germany
- Support in the area of recruiting
- Support in the recruitment of new employees
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- Either: Completed training and at least 5 years of relevant HR practice
- Or: Completed studies and at least 3 years of relevant HR practice
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of planning and implementing operational issues
- Project management experience
- Fluent German and English
- Affinity with key figures
- Accurate way of working
