Our Growth
In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as International Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Insurance & Employee Benefits in Munich or possibly at another location. In this role, you will be an innovative idea generator and pioneer for our Head of Sales and CSO. You will play a key role in shaping the further development, new business and diversity of Profion.

- Establishing and expanding new partnerships and cooperations in our existing international networks
- Development of strategies to open up new markets (APAC region as well as other industries) and their implementation
- Cooperation with the management and international sales of our parent company SÜDVERS in order to leverage further potential through cross-selling
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- Management-oriented education / studies and international work experience, preferably also in the producing broker business
- Either: several years of experience in business development (5 years or more) in the international insurance sector
- Or: several years of experience in the field of international employee benefits (5 years or more)
- Business fluent English (C2), fluent German (C1)
- Sales-affine personality, concise appearance, commitment and strength of implementation
